Customer Service Representative (Voice Account) Location: Cebu City (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist customers over the phone. You will handle inquiries, provide information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls. Assist with inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer issues in a professional manner. Update customer records and document interactions. Escalate complex concerns when necessary. Meet quality and performance standards. Qualifications Must have 6months to 1 year of call center experience At least a High School Graduate (or equivalent). Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer navigation skills. Customer-focused and willing to learn. Ability to work onsite in Cebu City Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
