Job Description We are seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to provide support for patient inquiries, insurance concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring accurate information and quality service at all times. Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide guidance on healthcare services, claims, and coverage
• Assist with documentation and claim-related processes
• Accurately record all customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain service quality and performance standards

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
