Position: Aftersales Manager Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 Industry: Information Technology (IT) Location: Mandaluyong City Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Setup: Onsite Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field. Experience in handling aftersales operations and customer service management. At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Experience working in an IT company or technology-driven environment is an advantage. Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Manage warranty programs, service policies, and customer feedback initiatives to support continuous improvement. Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, analyze operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Oversee inventory management, parts pricing, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
