Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing and account concerns
- Provide basic technical support
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with their devices or services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and transactions.
