Position: Telecom Customer Service Representative
Location: Davao
Salary Offer: Up to PHP 26,000 Monthly
We are currently looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telecom Account team in Davao. The role involves assisting customers with telecommunications-related concerns, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to telecom services.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account management, technical issues, and service requests.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet company performance metrics and service standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to resolve escalations.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- With good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Davao.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedules.
