Registered Nurse cum Telephone Operator

We are looking for a PRC-licensed Registered Nurse who can also perform Telephone Operator duties to ensure efficient communication services while providing quality healthcare

support to employees and guests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed) with a valid PRC ID.

At least 1–2 years of nursing experience ; experience in a hotel, resort, or corporate setting is an advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledgeable in first aid, emergency response, and occupational health.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel PBX/telephone systems is an advantage.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees and guests.

Monitor employee health, maintain medical records, and coordinate medical examinations.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the hotel's telephone/PBX system.

Relay messages and direct calls to the appropriate departments promptly and professionally.

Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with the appropriate personnel.

Maintain medical supplies and telephone logs, as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and service excellence.
