Are you a CRM Consultant with experience in SAP CRM or Salesforce and looking to expand your expertise into SAP Customer Experience (C4C)?
We are seeking motivated CRM professionals who are passionate about customer-centric solutions and eager to build a career in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer). Whether your background is in SAP CRM or Salesforce, we offer hands-on mentoring, training, and project exposure to help you transition into a successful SAP C4C Consultant role.
This is an excellent opportunity for consultants who want to broaden their CRM consulting experience and work with modern SAP customer engagement technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP C4C implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales, Service, and Customer Engagement processes.
- Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Support data migration, integration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending process improvements.
- Continuously develop SAP C4C product knowledge through training and project experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM consulting, implementation, support, or administration.
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- SAP CRM
- Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules)
- Other enterprise CRM platforms with strong customer-facing process knowledge
- Understanding of CRM business processes including:
- Sales Management
- Customer Service
- Lead-to-Opportunity
- Opportunity-to-Order
- Customer Interaction Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud / SAP Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant experience.
- Experience with CRM implementation projects.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, or data migration concepts.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- SAP or Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not required.
