* Operates machinery or equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes) under supervision.
* Maintains a clean and organized work environment within the scrap yard.
* Loads and unloads trucks transporting scrap materials.
* Performs general labor tasks such as cleaning, cutting, and preparing materials for processing.
* Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and strenuous work.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
* Teamwork and cooperation to work effectively with other laborers.
* Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery (if applicable).
* Safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
