COMPANY PROFILE: A Trading Company starts to established their subordinate brand here in the Philippines since 2015. They started to import and export plastic moldings until they expanded their retail and supply by providing different products such as metals, electronics, fragrance, food etc. Position: General Accounting Associate Company Industry: Retail Trading Work Location: Laguna Technopark Annex, Binan, Laguna Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00am (Weekends Off) Salary: Php 25,000 (Negotiable) Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting.
- Can attend face to face interview.
- Can work as soon as possible is an advantage.
- Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the accounts payable and receivable by handling invoices, and monitor customer payments.
- Tracking the outstanding balances for vendors and clients.
- Monitoring a financial report by preparing weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow and revenue streams.
- Verifying of bank reconciliations, and validate receipts of financial records to verify that they accurate, consistent and maintain the general ledgers.
- Organizing the financial documents if it’s accurate, and compliant with standard operating procedures and tax laws.
