WHAT YOU DO
As a Recruitment Partner at H&M, you lead and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle across our SEA Sales Market, covering Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
You drive talent attraction, assessment, and process excellence through data-driven, collaborative, and values-aligned recruitment practices.
You will:
- Manage the full life cycle of assigned roles, ensuring high expertise and quality through every stage, from sourcing to offer and onboarding handover
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, ensuring expectation alignment and effective communication throughout the process
- Build proactive attraction strategies, develop talent pipelines for key roles, and pitch opportunities using functional EVP
- Assess and steer the competence assessment process, prepare business interviews, and advise on hiring decisions
- Enable seamless collaboration between People Lifecycle, People Specialist Partnering, and Business Functions to execute on process changes
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and metrics, connect strategy to the Recruitment Leads roadmap, and identify areas for continuous improvement

You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the business, partnering with People teams, specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes and a consistent candidate experience.
This role will be reporting to the People Manager.
