- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas by effectively presenting and selling products/services to potential customers through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies and stay competitive.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and provide detailed product information and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM systems to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: A results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, while taking initiative to drive sales.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to streamline and track the sales process.
