Hard Skills
- Business Process Expertise (Primary Requirement): Deep operational understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions, including methodologies, funnels, lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
- Requirements Translation & Solution Design: Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
- Experience with Other CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) highly desirable.
- Data Management & Migration: Data cleansing, deduplication, migration projects. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader expected.
- Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) mandatory.
- Business Process Collaboration: Proven track record collaborating with stakeholders to deliver CRM solutions.
- Project Management Experience: Highly regarded.
- HubSpot integration experience desirable.
Specific Experience
- Proven experience improving/refactoring complex Salesforce environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow automation.
- Data management tasks (cleaning, deduplication, Data Loader).
- Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations leaders to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
