Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience and possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience .
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or collections accounts.
- Strong customer-handling and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to achieve individual and team performance goals.
