As we grow our online presence, we’re looking for a Live Seller who can be the face of our brand, connect with our audience, and boost our live selling performance.
Job Description:
As our Live Seller, you will represent the brand on live streams across platforms like TikTok Live and Shopee Live. You will engage with viewers, educate them about our products, demonstrate usage, and encourage purchases in a natural, authentic way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host fun, informative, and interactive live sessions to promote our skincare products.
- Build strong rapport with online viewers and foster trust in our brand.
- Share honest product reviews and demonstrate how to use them correctly.
- Answer customer questions live and handle objections or inquiries with confidence.
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, bundles, and giveaways.
- Provide feedback from customers and viewers to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in live selling, hosting, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
- Good knowledge of skincare routines, ingredients, and product benefits.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented.
- Familiar with online platforms used for live selling (e.g., Shopee, TikTok).
- Can commit to a regular schedule, including evenings or weekends.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Ability to speak multiple local languages or dialects.
- Basic video production skills or live streaming setup experience.
