Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support product quality throughout the production process. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to help ensure products meet specifications, quality expectations, and delivery timelines. Items are generally in the categories of Textbooks, Science and Math Equipment, and School Furniture.
Key Responsibilities
- Review product specifications and quality requirements prior to production
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product requirements and updates
- Participate in pre-production discussions to align on expectations and requirements
- Review product samples before production
- Monitor production progress and provide updates as needed
- Conduct inspections at different stages of production
- Perform product checks to verify quality and functionality
- Document inspection findings through reports and photos
- Identify quality concerns and raise recommendations for improvement
- Support pre-delivery product inspections
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams when needed regarding product quality
- Help maintain quality standards across production and operations
- Support other quality assurance and operational activities as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product inspections or quality checks is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
- Comfortable preparing reports and documenting findings

- Reports directly to the Operations Head
