Position: HR Supervisor Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Tarlac City Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - Midshift (3PM-12MN) Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000 Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. Have solid work experience in BPO is an advantage. With experience in handling DOLE cases is a plus. Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested. Capable of working on-site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible screening resumes and scheduling interviews . Maintained human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs. Ensure employee compensation, benefits packages, and performance review workflow. Perform accurate employee records and updated digital HR systems. Collaborate with the team to set and accomplish company objectives. Other tasks as assigned.
