Job Purpose

The main responsibility of this task is to create sailing schedules that do not exist, using the information available on the carrier's website. It is crucial that ticket processing is completed within specific timeframes: within 5 minutes if no tracking number (TN) is involved, within 12 minutes if there is a request to link a schedule to a TN, and within 24 hours for bulk requests. These tasks must be performed following the Standard Operating Procedures and should meet the established performance and productivity targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Review the ticket and ensure that the request contains all the necessary information from the mandatory sailing schedule. If any information is missing or incorrect, reject the ticket and inform the requestor of the reason for rejection.
• Check the requested schedule in BASS to determine if it exists. If it does, inform the requestor and reject the ticket.
• If the schedule does not exist, verify it against the attached reference or on the carrier's website to confirm if it matches the request. Reject the ticket if there is no match.
• If the request matches the information from the reference, create the schedule and provide the requestor with the schedule key.
• Maintain communication with his/her Team Leader and report activities, concerns, and issues related to the process he/she is handling.
• Complete tasks on time with accuracy to achieve KPIs (Performance and Productivity)
• Ensure that all tickets are completed within the given SLA.
• Strictly adhere to Company Guidelines and Policies as outlined in the Consequence Management Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• 2-3 years logistics background
• Good communication skills
• Basic Knowledge with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Cognitive Skills and Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Adaptable in a fast-paced industry
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Possessing a positive can-do attitude.
• Work on shifts (weekdays, weekends or public holidays) & overtime as needed
