Aureo La Union is a first-class luxury resort owned by Ferenzo Holdings and Development Corporation, located in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. Ferenzo Holdings is a developer that owns the Aureo Resort and is expanding it with an 8-story hotel and convention center to support the local tourism industry.
Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and building strong client relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and identifying new business opportunities to support the resort's growth.Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence
Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor activity
Qualifications:
With prior experience in the Hotel and Resorts industry
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in hotels and resorts
With at least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Willing to work in San Fernando, La Union
