MJLac Construction and Aggregates
Identifying and evaluating reliable vendors for construction materials (e.g., lumber, steel, millwork, concrete).
Securing competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and acceptable delivery lead times.
Processing purchase orders (POs), tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues or damaged goods.
Monitoring material stock levels, reviewing invoices, and preventing project delays.
Coordinating closely with project managers, site engineers, and accounting teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and procurement or accounting software.
High attention to detail to manage multiple projects, orders, and contracts simultaneously
Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS fleet tracking, and basic vehicle repair or maintenance protocols.
