WE PRIORITIZE APPLICATION THRU EMAIL!!!
Review, validate, and process warranty claims according to company policies and vendor guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and customers regarding defective or returned parts.
Verify warranty eligibility, coverage, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, replacements, reimbursements, and vendor credits.
Prepare and submit warranty reports and supporting documents for claim reimbursement.
Track defective parts through the return process and ensure proper documentation.
Work with accounting to reconcile warranty credits and payments.
Monitor warranty trends and recurring defects, providing feedback to improve product quality and inventory management.
Collaborate with logistics to facilitate timely returns of defective parts.
Provide updates on warranty claims and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, vendor agreements, and customer service standards.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance warranty operations. Job Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a related role, such as Warranty Support, Warranty Administrator, Automotive Specialist, or similar.
Experience in warranty claims administration or a related automotive support function is preferred.
Technical knowledge of automotive systems, vehicles, and auto parts is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience working with US-based companies is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient in using digital tools, business systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu on a US shift.
