Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate with the Sales Admin for the Purchase Order.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Produce accurate and timely reports to include the reporting of sales activities and updates, appointments, calls made, and business leads.
- Visit assigned stores as scheduled.
- Perform store inventory of stocks.
- Identifies the slow and fast moving items.
- Recommend sales strategy with the team.
- Other task that may be assigned by the General Manager.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and in the same industry.
- Knowledgeable in preparing, analyzing, and presenting sales reports.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Able to communicate clearly with confidence with high-level position in the company and clients.
- Can speak and understand English.
- Graduate of any business or related course.
- Proactive and Aggressive in terms of Sales.
- Motivated and Dedicated in any Sales Platform.
