Call Center - Medical Account

- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding healthcare-related concerns.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Review, process, and validate medical-related documentation when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and healthcare policies.
- Graduate of a Medical Allied course (preferably BSN , Pharmacist , or Physical Therapist )
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City and on night/shifting schedules.
- 20% Night differential
