Role Description The Creative Designer role at KTC is a full-time remote position focused on developing visually compelling concepts and assets that support campaigns and brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating digital and print designs, developing brand-aligned graphics, and collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to ensure cohesive visual messaging. The Creative Designer will translate briefs into clear design directions, prepare files for production or web use, and iterate on concepts based on feedback. This role also involves maintaining visual consistency across platforms, staying current with design trends, and contributing creative ideas that align with client objectives and KTC’s storytelling approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills, with the ability to develop original visual concepts from briefs.
- Proficiency in Graphics creation, including digital and print assets, using industry-standard design tools.
- Experience with Branding, including visual identity systems, logos, and style guides.
- Knowledge of Web Design principles, responsive layouts, and user-centered visual design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with modern design workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse design work across campaigns, brands, and digital experiences; prior agency or campaign experience is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
