REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Open Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Having at least 10 years of experience in client services within an advertising agency.
• Having a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands.
• Having at least 5 years of experience in product innovation and marketing.
• Having a minimum of 8 years in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering increasingly complex programs; experience in global program management leadership is highly desirable.
• Having at least 5 years of experience managing direct reports, with strong leadership, mentoring, and talent development capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven strong analytical capabilities are essential.
• Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent technical and organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Charismatic and engaging personality, with the ability to motivate and energize both clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Oversee and manage the workflow of artwork management projects for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
• Lead and supervise a large team of packaging artwork project coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables and establishing consistent standards across all regions.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of packaging artwork projects from design to print, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across different regions and time zones.
• Serve as the main client-facing contact and escalation point, coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners such as agencies, printers, and suppliers.
• Implement and maintain strong project governance by setting clear agendas, defining roles, and ensuring structured execution from project initiation through completion.
• Lead and guide Artwork Planning Leads and Coordinators, ensuring effective vendor management, proactive risk mitigation, and streamlined feedback processes.
