- Assist customers with booking processes and handle rental agreements.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance the rental experience.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
- Manage inventory and ensure all rental equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
