Project Sales Associate

- Responsible for growing the retail channel network by facilitating product conversions, opening new channels, and implementing strategic marketing programs.
- Enhances product visibility through structured presentations to existing and prospective partners and ambassadors.
- Strengthens brand presence by participating in local projects and effectively communicating product value propositions.
- Supports finance operations through the timely collection and processing of accounts receivable.
- Ensures data accuracy by maintaining detailed records of sales performance, client interactions, and customer concerns.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to align outreach initiatives with target market objectives.
- Conducts comprehensive competitor analyses to inform product positioning and market strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an ADVANTAGE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork in DAVAO.
