We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PTRP) to join our rehabilitation team. Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Attainment & Licensing:
- Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active and valid Physical Therapist (PTRP) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Experience Level: Open to both Fresh Board Passers / Entry-Level candidates and Experienced Practitioners .
Specialized Certifications & Skills (Preferred / Advantage):
- Life Support: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Clinical Certifications: Post-graduate training in Advanced Manual Therapy, Dry Needling (CKDNT/CBDNT), or Neurological/Stroke Rehabilitation is a major plus.
- Administrative Knowledge: Familiarity with PhilHealth outpatient rehabilitation protocols and corporate HMO referral procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and physical modalities to aid patient recovery.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress accurately.
- Assist patients with PhilHealth and HMO-related rehabilitation documentation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical setup.
