Senior Quality Assurance Supervisor

QA Sr. Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the effective implementation of all QA activities that were used to fulfil requirements for Management System.

• supervises the implementation and effectiveness of the established quality control system for in process, outgoing and CTQ inspection ensuring that the product quality level is acceptable to the customer;
• responsible for validation/review/development of test method, product specifications, work instructions and QA related procedures;
• collects, consolidates and checks accuracy of quality control records.
• assists and coach QA members in implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to monitor product quality performance;
• advices Production regarding quality problems encountered;
• monitors performance and adequacy of the quality control system and ensure sustenance;
• identifies areas for improvement and initiate appropriate countermeasures;
• participates in any audit required by the company;
• adheres to all information security and physical security policies and programs;
• follows health and safety standards; and
• performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Background:

Bachelors’ degree in any related course

Training or Certification:

Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, RCA, 7 QC tools, 8D, DMAIC,SPC,FA

Work Experience:

Minimum of at least 5 years in the same role in any related field or industry

Knowledge:

• Competent knowledge of quality core methods for customer projects
• Experience in handling of customer communication
• Competent knowledge of Statistic and PC applications (SAP,FMEA,SPC software preferred)

Work Schedule:

At least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
