Customer Quality Engineer

Description
Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for collaborating, overseeing and monitoring all related customer requirements to cross functional team.
Direct responsible individual (DRI) or liaison to assigned Customer.
Ensures that customer quality assurance services and final products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any engineering course
At least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon
Accustomed with Customer Specific Requirements.
Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.
Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
Excellent in MS office application
Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage
Project Management experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
About First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.
Incorporated in 1996, First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. was originally a joint venture business arrangement of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Inc. (SEI), First Philippines Holdings Corporation (FPHC), and Sumitomo Corporation (SC) to manufacture world-class and globally competitive flexible printed circuits (FPCs) in the Philippines. The company started with the back-end part (or Lower Process) of FPC manufacturing in September 1996, and then added the front-end part (or Upper Process) including the circuit-making processes in June 1997. Sumitomo Electric Industries Ltd. acquired full ownership on December 15, 2011.
