They manage a team, develop strategies for business growth, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and branch management systems.
