- Develop and design architectural drawings using CAD and relevant software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and other layout applications.
- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- MUST BE LICENSED ARCHITECT
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, and other layout applications.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the preparation of technical documents and project timelines.
