Sales Operations Manager (Cebu)

Company Profile: This company is engaged in the distribution, marketing, and after-sales support of consumer electronics and home appliances across the Philippines. It partners with authorized retailers, distributors, and service providers to ensure nationwide market coverage and deliver excellent customer service. Position: Retail Marketing Manager Location: Cebu City Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php50,000 – Php80,000 (Negotiable) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 6-10 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or retail operations
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Willing to attend onsite interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

• Monitor and track daily sales performance by channel, Regional Coordinator (RC), and store, then prepare and distribute daily sales reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and present weekly sales performance reports to the Sales Team, Regional Coordinators, Product Managers, and Management.
• Generate monthly sales reports and evaluate the performance of promoters every three months.
• Prepare and distribute weekly store inventory reports to support purchase order planning and inventory replenishment.
• Manage the marketing budget, including monitoring expenses, processing reimbursements, and maintaining documentation for promoter and RC salaries, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related activities.
