- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and assembling ingredients, ensuring all food items are prepped according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Cooking and Plating: Cook food according to established recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and inventory control, ensuring all kitchen supplies are adequately stocked and used efficiently.
- Experience: Previous kitchen experience or willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow precise instructions and recipes to maintain food consistency and quality.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members in a high-pressure setting.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
