Job Summary

The Modern Trade Accounts Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving assigned targets by effectively managing key modern trade accounts. The role involves implementing company strategies, overseeing end-to-end account management processes, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business development within the assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Key Accounts Management or Modern Trade, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Knowledgeable in Negotiation, Business Presentation, Retail Operations, Trade Development, Budget Management, and Data Analysis.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Possesses good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Willing to conduct regular field work and travel within the assigned area, as needed.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials, leadership experience, and high potential are encouraged to apply.
