Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for keeping the equipment in Operational mode at minimal downtime and ready for production use, planning the work schedule of subordinates based on the production load and headcount, communicating and coordinating with other departments concerning machine maintenance-related problems. Responsible for the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment, analyzing and providing preventive actions during machine overhauling while ensuring that equipment is in good running condition at all times to ensure manufacturing support at all times and to prevent equipment failure or unplanned machine downtime and hit the 100% PM rate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing / production environment is required.
