Job Responsibilities
Manage hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications via chat and email
Assist customers with room availability, rates, and booking details
Provide accurate information about hotel policies, amenities, and promotions
Handle customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Maintain quality standards in written communication and data entry
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome)
No BPO experience required – training will be provided
Good written English communication skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
