What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who:

• You will drive and manage our digital marketing strategy that has increased our brand awareness, revenue and launched new products and expanded Quality Garden Supplies across Australia.
  
• You will provide regular reports across all channels and advise on the marketing budget based on the performance.
  
• You will create and run our paid adverts on Meta and Google
  
• You will write high converting copy for ads and videos
  
• You will create and manage eDM campaigns in conjunction with the sales objectives
  
• You will coordinate and execute photography and video shoot production for content management
  
• You will be able to work in different parts of the business to support sales and revenue targets
  

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Diploma, Certificate or Degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business or of similar nature
  
• Demonstrated at least 2 years experience in a similar Digital Marketing role, preferably in e-Commerce
  
• Demonstrated experience in design, video & photography skills
  
• Knowledge of Marketing tools such as Klavyio WordPress, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, You Tube, Tik Tok and Pinterest a distinct advantage
  
• Demonstrated skills in content creation
  
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with staff and customers to connect, inspire and educate
  
• An ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team;
  
• Experience in a small business environment is desirable
  
• 2+ years of work experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  
• 1+ years of experience in Marketing
