IMPEX and Purchasing Manager

Pay: ₱50,000.00 - ₱80,000.00 per month (Basic and De minimis)

Supplier & Broker Management Develops and manages relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers 5. Inventory & Material Availability Ensures uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and critical supplies 6. Regulatory Compliance Ensures compliance with FDA, BOC, BAI, BFAR, and other applicable government regulations 7. Logistics & Delivery Performance Monitors shipment schedules, lead times, and on-time delivery performance 8. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, International Trade, Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, import/export within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FDA, and other regulatory boards involved in import/export

Work Location: Malabon Head office and once a week field work within NCR Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6:30pm compressed work week
