Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting service-related costs to ensure cost efficiency and support management decision-making. Provide support in cost tracking, variance analysis, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to improve cost control and operational profitability. Area of Responsibility
- Cost Monitoring & Analysis - Collect and validate cost data; Perform variance analysis; Identify cost drivers
- Reporting & Documentation - Prepare reports; Maintain records; support presentations
- Budget & Planning Support - Assist budget preparation; Track actual vs planned; Update templates
- Coordination & Data Management - Coordination with teams; Validate information; Maintain databases
- Process Improvement & Compliance - Identify gaps; Improve tools; Support audits
