JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
• Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Handle government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes, including timely remittance and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of employees’ attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
• Assist in employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
• Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and development.
