Description
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Science-related courses preferred (Pharmacy, Biology, etc.)
- Student leaders & active in extracurricular activities are highly prioritized
- Open to deployment in different locations
- Willing to work long-term
Work Setup
• No weekends
• No holidays
• Overtime may be required
• Standing for long hours
Non-Negotiables
• Minimum height: 5 feet 2 inches
• BMI within normal range
• Non-smoker
• Open to relocation
• Must be committed to long-term employment
Salary & Benefits
- Php20,000 Basic Salary
- Plus PhP5,000 Licensing Fee (for Registered Pharmacists)
- Monthly Product Allowance – PhP3,000
- Sales Incentives (Monthly)
- Performance Bonus every February (up to 6x monthly salary)
