Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a weekto apply. 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, thrice a week 10AM to 6PM (PHT) and twice a week 3PM to 11PM (PHT) 

Employment type: Fixed Term [9 to 12 months]

We are looking for an Associate HRIS Manager to join our People Service Delivery team. This role will be an opportunity for you to lead HRIS operations while ensuring reliable, high-quality people data and enabling efficient, user-focused HR processes across a global organisation.

What will you do as an Associate HRIS Manager?  

Reporting to the People Systems Product Owner, your accountabilities will include: 

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and governance of HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with data standards and audit requirements.
• Lead and support the HRIS team, managing workloads, priorities, and consistent global service delivery.
• Oversee projects and system changes, ensuring successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Drive system adoption through training, documentation, and user enablement initiatives to improve experience and effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable reporting, insights, and continuous system improvements.
