Job Summary:
The Associate Manager Global Delivery Center will oversee strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder engagement to support recruitment delivery across global functions. This role will lead a team in generating high-quality talent pipelines, managing client and internal expectations, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to fulfill client requirements with speed and precision.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve delivery targets and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct talent market research, mapping, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with internal and client-facing recruitment teams to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in applicant tracking systems or client-specific recruitment platforms.
- Track and report key delivery metrics (KPIs, SLAs) to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Act as the first point of escalation for sourcing-related challenges, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize sourcing processes and improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 69 years of talent acquisition or recruitment delivery experience, preferably in a Global Delivery Center, GCC, or shared services environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing talent across multiple channels and markets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across different time zones and cultures.
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring within a sourcing/delivery function is an advantage
