- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and present design concepts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality standards.
- Oversee construction processes and liaise with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong understanding of architecture principles and practices, including design analysis, and sustainable design solutions.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative problem-solving abilities combined with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
