- Transaction Processing: Handle customer payments for travel services, including booking fees, tours, and other related products, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, and offering information about available services and promotions.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, process refunds or adjustments, and assist with financial reporting and reconciliations as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process payments, handle cash, and manage transactions without errors, ensuring all financial records are correct.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, resolve concerns, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting principles, cash handling procedures, and the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems to track transactions.
