Must be willing to work in Makati or Laguna
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant from a conglomerate background to support a foreign executive. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage calendar, travel, and meetings
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
-Handle confidential matters with discretion
-Support cross-border coordination and executive priorities
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field
-5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a conglomerate
-Experience supporting a foreign executive or in a multinational setting
-Excellent English communication skills
-Highly organized, adaptable, and professional
