Degree in Finance or Accountancy; must be a CPA. At least 5 years in a senior-level finance position and at least 5 years in a senior manager role. Real estate/construction background preferred. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control, automated reporting systems, and national and local financial regulations.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Demonstrate excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills. Show high attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data, reports, and projections. Motivate teams effectively within tight timeframes.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, contracting, negotiating, and change management. Managing budgeting, cost control, automated reporting, and regulatory compliance.SALARY
