About the role
As a Contrast Therapy Guide/Front of House at Cedo Wellness, you will be the first point of contact for clients, maintaining an atmosphere that reflects the wellness brand's values of calm, cleanliness, and uplift.
Key responsibilities
Greet all clients warmly and by name when possible
Handle class check-ins, walk-in inquiries, bookings, cancellations and waitlists (only when not needed in contrast therapy)
Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Support Studio Manager in supervising daily operations and step into leadership responsibilities in their absence
Balance administrative tasks with a strong customer service presence
Maintain a clean station at all times to avoid hazards (e.g. mop contrast therapy room, etc.)
Ensure accurate handling of payments and financial transactions
Uphold the brand's safety protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for clients and members
Promote and practice a healthy and balanced lifestyle
