1. Analyze and monitor receivables and collections of the Company per lot buyer. 2. Prepare collection schedule and projections.
3. Reconcile receivables schedule with drawdown schedules.
4. Re-computation of marketing fee and inventory monitoring.
5. Compute and monitor the refunds of back out buyers
6. Prepare and monitor the schedule of accounts in the financial statements.
7. Review and check accounts payable and payment vouchers.
8. Monitor and review contracts documentation and filings.
9. Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial statements.
10. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing audit schedules during audit.
11. Other tasks that may be assigned.
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
2. A CPA license holder and having any certifications relevant to the job is an advantage.
3. At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field or position is an advantage.
4. Knowledgeable in accounting procedures, good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel and attentive to details.
5. Experience in SAP accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
6. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
7. With strong analytical skills
8. Willing to be trained and grow with the Company.
9. Has a good moral character and office etiquette.
10. Preferred Metro Manila residents.
11. Can start immediately.
