Accounts Payable Specialist

- Process and manage accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare and execute payment runs to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Assist in month-end closing and provide support for audits related to accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform data entry and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
